beat-cant fix my hangover

This is what I drank last night. AWWWWWW yeah Magnums I didnt use.Balla.

Anyways I cant take tylenol and [censored] cause it has Acetaminophen. And the bottle says If you drink more than 3 drinks a day dont take it cause it will kill you.I drink about 20-30 drinks a day. And I would NEVER disobey the advice of doctors. I have drank 10 gallons of water and still cant piss. My head feels like its in a vice.

Please help me.
