Sick and tired of them disconneting me from 50 pots an hour and telling me it is my own fault or that I have to accept the risk of ISP failure's no matter if it is their fault o rnot. Sick and tired of this garbage, pokerstars would close down their entire site and fix their tehnical problems before they let their customers be DC'ed from pots 10 times an hour and not get reimbursement. I need to find someone to switch my money with-- have slightly less than 500, need slightly less than 500 on pokerstars, will transfer first PLEASE just some reputable poster help me out, I am so furious as the BS FTP is pulling lately.

Uhhh, FTP doesn't run the internet dude. It's 100% on your side.

Its not on my side, they sent me an entire e-mail saying that they have been having outages with their own ISP and that as a result many players on their site were experiencing disconnet problems......this has been going on for a week now and it is disgusting. Still need someone to switch.

this has been happeneing to me recently as well. I connect, play for 10 minutes, and suddenly i get disconnected and cannot connect for another 30 minutes or so. The whole time my internet is working as well but it is impossible to connect to FTP.
