As played I doubt you can put a reasonable range on him with the millions of semi-bluff/combo draws etc out there which makes this a fold.
You have to reraise and call or call and make a judgement on the turn really. |

I would call flop and crai on a decent turn card (which means non spade, non T, non J non 6. On some of those cards I might do something different dependent on his bet size and my gut and stuff.) Sort of ugly but you aren't really in good shapes against his draws atm, so you can't really get in a big +EV situation by pumping it now.

As played, if your are going to 3-bet the flop, dont fold to an all-in. Calling his raise and betting out 2/3 of pot on a safe turn is way better.
crai on the turn wont work very well because of the large range of draws his checks behind with to buy himself a free card. |
