you are posting in the wrong forum. tournaments: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/po...rd=singletable whining: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/po...mp;Board=beats [/ QUOTE ] You can always fold KK preflop. There used to be a section in the SSNL FAQ about folding KK preflop. And in a crazy bar game, you might have pulled the move of honor (MOH) with your aces by open pushing while crying, "Bring me another beer, wench...!" Actually, there is nothing wrong with either hand. You got your money in as the favorite. Your hand didn't hold up. At least you didn't get out flopped and get all-in with your overpair vs a set. Now in THAT case, there might have been some opportunity to fold and save your stack. But given the tournament you describe, my guess is that an overpair would be good enough often enough that you just would have to get the money in since villain might have any number of TPWK hands they think are the nuts. |
