Default Anything postflop is up for debate

Full 20 game. Villain 1 is a spazzy fish that makes extra terrible plays pretty often. Villain 2 doesn't seem good, I'm sure he's a decent donator in the game, but he's not an absolute retard and he will generally need some sort of cards resembling a poker hand to enter the pot or to be aggressive postflop.

4 limps, the last one being villain 2 in HJ, I raise Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] on the button, both blinds call including villain 1 in BB, all limpers call. 7 to the flop.

Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Check to me, I check

Turn: 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
SB checks, villain 1 bets, fold to villain 2 who raises, it's on me

I wouldn't be surprised if some want to fold, some wanted to 3bet and showdown non diamond/full house rivers and others wanted to value bet most rivers, maybe even some that want to call. I'm interested in thoughts on flop as well.

fold. you say villain 2 is not an absolute retard. well, he'd have to be that or clairvoyant to raise a worse hand here.

What if the turn was just a 7 or just a diamond? You like flop?

i'm a moron and it is early; bad combination.

i missed that you didn't bet the flop. UGH

on the flop i thought it was mono. i am dumb.

you created this mess because you checked the flop. now you have no idea where you are. i honestly have no clue what you should do on the turn, other than fashion a time machine so that you can go back 40 seconds and bet the flop.

Ya if you're going to check that flop, you might as well fold that flop. A, K, 4, 8, 7 are all terrible turn cards, so checking there let's some pretty bad hands improve (like a guy holding just a 9). The diamond is extra terrible since maybe on the flop you could fold out the naked Ad with a bet. But now that Ad has a nutflush draw, he's tied to the hand. As played I think you have exactly 2 outs to win, and you fold that turn without too much hesitation. You don't have much invested in that hand yet, and there's no point investing more with such slim chances of winning.

When I flop an overpair to the board, I like to bet.
