Default broken washing machine

I started my washer before I left for work when I returned home the clothes were dripping wet. It had drained but stopped in the middle of the spin cycle.

It will fill and agitate but now won't drain or spin. I checked all the hoses and the lid switch and those seem ok. Any suggestions?

It doesn't make any noise when it gets to the drain and spin cycle so I don't think it's a belt.
