I'd reraise flop and be willing to get all the money in. I wouldn't be ecstatic about it, but the board is really drawy and he is relatively shortstacked. If he had a full stack the hand would be much tougher.

I check call the turn, like i hope you did, and then lead the river for enough to put him all-in.

your not likely to improve , so if you want to stay in the hand try to get it in on the flop, maybe a c/r, or overbet, thats just me tho, i hate playing overpairs OOP after the flop. I would push after the weak reraise. If its a set,/str8, so be it.
