Friday is our last day in this office. Our lease is up. Our deuchebag landlord wants to charge us 50% more for rent! Soooooo.....

I'm going to start working out of my apartment.

No more driving to and from in rush hour traffic. No more people barging in my office w/o knocking. No more piss desk. Don't feel like shaving? [censored] IT! Hello, extra hour of sleep. Hello, Full Tilt all day. Hello, smoke when I want. Wanna go out to lunch? Let me walk over to my kitchen.

I can't think of any way this is not +EV.

BRAG: 80% more freedom & more money from less daily expense, extra 1.5 hours not spent driving.

BEAT: Uhmm.... Don't think there is one.

VARIANCE: Increased chance of extra laziness.

srsly, it isn't all that great.

However, pokers and porn all day is nice.

I am in grad school and I get more work done from home than I do when I come in. At home I just browse 2p2 and work, at school I do that + socializing and stuff.

I do this from at my job anyways, in the office. Small businesses are tight.

I've thought about all that.

If it gets bad I can just take a "lunch break" and go play Disc Golf for two hours to regain my sanity and get some fresh air. I also plan on hitting the local gym every other day.
