Default TPTK getting reraised allin on turn (200 NL)

My network doesn't support HUD and that means I don't have any numbers on Villain. It doesn't support any converter either, thats why my HH looks like [censored]...

Button: Hero ($199.80)
BB: Villain ($242.40)

Preflop: Hero is on button with Ac Qc
3 folds, Hero raises to $8, Villain calls $6

Flop: ($17) 4h Qh 10s (2 players)
Villain checks, Hero bets $14, Villain calls $14

Turn: ($45) 2s
Villain checks, Hero bets $35, Villain is All-in $222.80, Hero folds

Is it a clear fold?

What is villain range here?

He could have a lot of flush draws/KJ/QsXs here. Without reads I'm not sure what I'd do, although QT prob raises the flop. Wouldn't be surprised to see KJss/hh here.

According to the Baluga theorm which gets tossed around, this is almost always a fold, especially vs unknown.

Without a read, easy fold. He has a set or Q10.

From villians eyes, you are representing an overpair. His bet is saying that he has that beat. It's possible that a combo draw is in his range, but even then we may only be a 70% favorite, the other times we would be a big dog.

I think I follow Baluga theorem and fold. Set/ 2pair seem likely. His overbet shove seems slighltly odd, it's possible he does this with a draw. But readless I think you have got to fold.
