Help a Canadian decide which Euro site is best

I have been out of the loop for some time but keep some money out there. With the troubles of neteller I want to put money into a site for future use before it becomes a hassle.

The perfect site would:

-Allow Canadians
-ban U.S. accounts (i want to avoid the americans who survive by never having to deposit)
-have games at all hours but it doesnt have to be a huge site
-have good quality games (easy to beat on autopilot)
-have sit and go's that run often (not as necessary as the others)

So basically what site is easy to beat, and has primarily euro players.
