Never ever play with a stack like 14 dollars. If this was right after you lost a big hand, ok, but you always want to be playing with a full stack.

Given that you only have 6 dollars left, I'm inclined to say you are pot committed. Since you bet the turn for half your stack you essentially are saying all in river no matter what. You should bet this river all in i think. Maybe just get it in on the turn, I don't think pushing the turn is THAT bad, although its an overbet.
