Payment by Visa on Poker Stars or other sites (US)

I am American and would like to load $100 or so onto Poker Stars. Can I use my regular Visa debit card there or any other sites? (I have this feeling the answer is no.) If not, what about a certain prepaid visa card.

Also, Americans have no trouble cashing out by check at Poker Stars right?

I have tried a few prepaid debt cards on PS but they did not work.

I hear a regular debit card works better.

No harm in giving it a try.

Money orders or ePassporte are also viable options.

I have a regular Visa (debit and works at ATMs too) card from a credit union. I guess that I will just try, but this retarded legislation kind of makes me paranoid when I don't understand it.

I am pretty sure that you can't cash out back to your Visa unless you live in Europe or somewhere, but I don't really care about that right now as long as getting a check someday is no problem.

Both cards were denied because "your card company or bank has adopted a stance against internet gambling" or some garbage :/

I guess I will visit Walgreens tomorrow.
