Re: A7s easy c/f?
To become an expert unlimited hold them player one must learn to apply pressure by firing what is known as a double barrel bluff because KK and JJ 3-bet preflop and you would expect him to raise such a drawy flop with a real hand.

Meh, probably $85/call a shove. [/ QUOTE ] Ditto. You bet into a 5-way flop after an UTG raise. I think you'll get a lot of respect from a second barrel here. |

Re: A7s easy c/f?
If you don't want to definitely bet the turn, it's probably not wise to bet the flop - as in a family pot situation your cbet is gonna catch at least one caller.
I'll check this flop at times. Anyways, as played, bet turn - kit summed it up nicely. |

Re: A7s easy c/f?
No way do you CF here. Second barrel is a must. I'd bet about 80-95 here, leaning toward more rather than less. You have an overcard and a flush draw, with the natural FE that comes from an UTG raise. You know he doesn't have AA/KK/JJ in all likelihood, and you're not dead even if he does.
If you're not going to 2 barrel here, when are you going to?!?!? |

You win money in this game by stacking people, and you want to build a nice big pot in case that sweet sweet club shows up on the turn. You don't mind a raise, and it's imperative to get some people committed to this pot(and to see what they do when you raise). |

Re: A7s easy c/f?
You guys really over value this hand on the flop. Its kinda unlikely that an A will be good, and you don't have that much fold equity in a 5 way pot on a action flop. If we are just talking about the best play on the turn, I think c/f is better than pushing or betting. I really think you are better off c/c the flop though.

I love double barreling nut flush draws. Just price yourself in case he shoves on ya.
You locked the stars/FT/etc threads. YAAAAAAAAY!!! |
