Beat: May have to pay $800 for nothing.
I put 1/3 down to take a grad class from Chapman University. Cost of this three unit class was approx $1000. I didn't finish this class, and decided not to continue at Chapman. I diden't even complete enrolling, but months later I got a bill for $800.
Do I have to pay this shizzal? |

Re: Beat: May have to pay $800 for nothing.
Did you officially withdraw before the billing deadline? Some places will make you pay (or send it to collections or whatever) and some will just let it go... goto the Student Accounts office or whatever and just argue it out with them, they might cave.

I'm pretty sure that by beginning the class you're paying for it because you are taking up a spot they could sell to someone else. I'm not a college graduate though.
