Default 5/10 :: QQ 3way r/r pot vs. Bri-C and idiot

I've been playing v. nitty and rarely squeezing. Bri-C, however, rarely folds to my 3bets and it has felt like he's floating me a decent bit. However, there have not been any pots like this.

The original raiser is a 35+/10/.75 loose passive kind of player. His call of the r/r preflop is almost definitely a pocket pair or big broadway cards, nothing like suited connectors or other junk. Bri-C called the original raise on the button (as he does frequently, [27/21/2.7]) and then called the reraise after the loose passive player called. I'm unsure of his range here. In a previous hand I played earlier, I 3bet KK in MP and he overcalled the 3bet w/ JJ ... fyi.

Curious about my line on the flop and if a c/r is ever correct (for value) ... Bri-C makes a lot of those pressure bets where he will stab if checked to in a multiway pot.

bri c is really loose in inappropriate times. pretty easy getting it in here, v weird to fastplay a 9 in his spot.

Some of the stuff he does doesn't make much sense. It seems like he has a ton of false justification for large preflop errors.

That's what I hate about calling here because I've never seen him run huge bluffs or anything truly insane.
