Default Short Stack, Headsup optimal play

There is fairly good analysys available on the push/fold short stack play when you are on the SB against the BB:
(1) http://www.daimi.au.dk/~bromille/Papers/poker.pdf
(2) mathematics of poker
(3) SAGE system

etc.

All of these consider push or fold optimal play.

Is anyone here aware of
(a) Software (commercial, or sources)
(b) Tools
(c) Charts
(d) Just Examples
(e) etc.

where in short stack (<10 BB), headsup situation the discussed optimal play (opponend will respond optimal) is to just call, or raise (not all-in).

The first paper (1) above says push or fold is in the range of 1.4% diff in the win probability vs the optimal general strategy for small stacks (x12 BB for this paper) which is not much, but I'm still interested (and of course for examples with increasing stacks the diffs will increase).
