Bob is an excellent player and author.
The book covers clearly many aspects of the game.
If your looking for N/L then you`ll be disappointed. The book was authored back in the limit days of poker.
I wish the hell he`d get his no limit book completed its been a year.

Fabulous book. Currently my favorite poker book.

And it does have sections dealing with NL hold'em, just mostly cash games.

Does the book have sections specifically about limit or are the concepts geared more towards limit than NL?

The book is exellent. It covers concepts that are applicable to any poker game. Since it is a collection of articles each one sort of has a particular point. Naturally examples are used to make the point. Sometimes (fairly often) is limit hold'em, but also nl hold'em, some 7cs, a couple tournament, and a few PL omaha examples. Also 1 or 2 from PL hold'em I believe.

We all know sometimes titles don't seem to match the content, ie. A Complete ..... etc. This title exactly matches the content. Study this book and it should enable you to Improve Your Poker, no matter the game.
