Q9o
BB is showdownbound lag/tag.
I raise Q9o on the button, BB calls Flop K78r I bet, he calls Turn 3 I almost always give up and fold to a river bet UI. Should I almost always fire again instead? |

Re: Q9o
I would give up too. When he just calls that fairly dry flop I expect him to go to showdown.

Re: Q9o
It depends on the opponent, but I think doing the same thing here almost every time is going to be pretty exploitable. I check it here most of the time, but not betting once in a while is asking for trouble I think.

Re: Q9o
I bet that turn card. I'm checking anything that gives me straightdraw outs.
"When he just calls that fairly dry flop I expect him to go to showdown." I can see this. I would say that when he calls a fairly dry flop I can bet/fold the turn with ease. I think he peels fairly lightly here. |

Re: Q9o
You said he's showdown bound right? Will he go to showdown with a worse hand? Will he ever fold A high to your turn bet? This hand is way too read dependant to get any good answer here. Bet/Check in the end prolly not a big deal either way.

Re: Q9o
I'd like a "WTSD WHEN WAS AGGRESSOR ON A STREET" stat. Like "WTSD WHEN BET/RAISE FLOP/TURN/RIVER"
I don't see what the flop c/c tells us. He c/c's 9T/JT/J9/QT there. And in this case we want to fold out worse hands because we're not showing down. |

Unless he thinks hero will check through the turn and he can take it on the river. |
