Whenever you get a hand just keep betting 25, pot size doesn't matter. if you get dealt trips just bet 25 into a $2 pot.

if she does fold, fine, move on to the next hand. but if you bet 25 on very strong hands and 15 on decent hands, folding bad ones, you'll get her naked faster.

Remember, the goal isn't to have the most points or w/e, its w/e has the possibility of getting her naked the fastest. you can take some variance.
