Default Carlos Mencia steals from Cosby

More damning evidence of the clepto comedian.

Youtube Video

This guy is a real scumbag. Please help spread the word by Digging this story. Maybe, just maybe Comedy Central will pull his show off the air if enough people get exposed to this story.

This is much more compelling evidence than the Mexicans building the wall between US and Mexico joke.

not only is this guy steal material, he steals unfunny material, and his delivery is terrible, I can honestly say I never laughed at this guy once.

I hope Comedy Central pulls the show, the joke stealing is unnaccpetable, but primarily Mencia is not AT ALL funny. I don't think his delivery is very good, and his entire act is rehashing cultural sterotypes, something that seemed VERY played out in the early 90's when a lot of other comics were in to it.

Dave Chappelle = edgy racial humor (sometimes)
Mencia = triple yawn

His delivery was so much worse than Cosby's. I don't know if he readily admits to repacking material from other comedians, but if so, I don't think it's that big of a deal. He should pay royalties on jokes, though, the same way bands have to when they remake an old song.

Kind of like Dennis Leary stealing Hicks' material.

Before considering royalties he should think about permission.
