6-seat $13: Ace high on flop
Payouts are 65/35.
UTG limped all 4 hands proceeding this and is very aggressive postflop. Re: 6-seat $13: Ace high on flop
Playing these types of hands puts me in situations that I don't need to be in. For me, this is an instafold pre-flop.
As played, I would bet 60-90 post flop and fold to reraise. Against someone who is being very aggressive, I need to have a hand before I try to make a stand. It seems that check-folding, gives you no chance to win the pot vs a very aggressive player, but there is no further risk either. |

Re: 6-seat $13: Ace high on flop
FOLDING PREFLOP HERE IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO AWFUL.
I can't possibly describe how bad it is. You are getting 4.5:1 and you have hand which is beating his opening range. |

Re: 6-seat $13: Ace high on flop
I don't fold preflop for one bet. Pot bet the flop and get out if he plays back?

Re: 6-seat $13: Ace high on flop
I don't claim to be the best player so I try to avoid situations that make me out think myself (and this would be one of the situations.)
If I was sure that I could out play this guy after the flop, then I would be apt to be in the pot. |
