ReviewMe, SponsoredReviews, and other blog revenue

I'm just wondering if anyone here with a blog has found success in any of these programs. I thought SponsoredReviews looked like it would be a good opportunity (and from what I read, better than ReviewMe), but all the bids I made have been stuck in a state of "Pending Advertiser Approval" for several days.

Now I admit that I have a PR0, (granted I expect this to change during the next Google DC server upgrade), but I'm curious about if others found success. If so, I'm curious what your popularity stats (Google PR, Technorati, etc.) were should they be a factor in the advertiser's decision to choose your blog for a review.
