Default I flop top two, then it gets ugly

The turn completely changes the nature of the board. How do you handle this? Villain is 21/11/2.1/129.

Do you think he checks his flush? The pot is small, I bet like $13-16 and fold to a raise, if he calls river is tough, I def check behind, if he bets depends on size and reads.

Pot the flop. I bet $12 on the turn and fold to a raise. Re-evaluating on the river if called. He will still call with worse one-pair hands, pair+fd type hands etc and I hate giving a free card on this board.
