Oh my god, I understand that this is politics as usual, but seeing it all detailed made me throw up in my mouth.
$21B tacked onto this one bill, an average of $70 from *every* american going to pet projects for all these politicians to buy their votes. Disgusting. The process of adding riders needs to be abolished. Either that or we need a president willing to use his veto-stick continuously until legislators stop doing this crap. In case anyone needs any reminding, this is how poker got f*#$ed.
