beat: those monitors suck ass. I bought one last summer and they have huge banding issues, and it's way too sharp and no way to reduce that.
The Dell forums are full of ppl complaining about it. I returned mine after a week.

Check the Dell forums to see I guess. Mine was the version that was "suppose to fix all the banding issues" as well.

[/ QUOTE ] I bought my first one last October, it's been hooked up to my Macbook in residence since then and I've had no problems with it at all. My second one is hooked up to my desktop at home; similarly, no problems. They both look and perform fantastic.

At 650 bucks it's definately a good buy if you get a good one.
