Default My ports are open! Help!

I run Norton Internet Security 2007, and the online (Norton) scanner at http://scan.sygate.com/home_homeoffice/sygate/index.jsp tells me that numerous ports are open. Upnp is closed (I dloaded to tool to do that), but I have webserver ports open, and other various ports that the scan results say shouldn't be.

How can I secure these? I'd have though that using Norton, then the Norton scanner wouldn't find anything untoward. I've already been through the settings and read all the documentation, but to no avail.

Any thoughts?
