Default PayTru Trip Report

I'm sorry if these have already been posted. I didn't see one. I was one of the players pre-selected for a Visa PayTru card through Poker Stars. I just received it and made a cashout of $30 through Stars. As a method of double checking, I made a $10 deposit back into Stars with the same card. It also worked. I'm going to withdraw the rest from an ATM soon as well. I'll keep you posted.

What could you possibly need more than $18 at a time for?

So the ATM fees are per bank/ATM? Because I'm getting charged 4 dollars per withdrawal at my ATM.

This is standard. You pay the PayTru fees to them. The bank that owns the ATM also charges an additional Fee. Apparently the ATM you are using charges $2 on top of what PayTru charges. In my experience you can only withdraw from ATMs for free using a card issued by the bank that owns the ATM. PayTru isn't a bank and has no ATMs of their own, therefore I would expect to always pay the fees to both PayTru and the ATM owner when making withdrawals like this.

Just an idea but at the college by me they have an ATM fee free machine for the students. I would think its not unique.

Called in, max withdrawal is 500 dollars per day from an ATM. Also a max of 3 withrdawals per day.

4 bucks is a lot, but I guess if you're withdrawing 500 at a time it's only .8%.

Try credit unions. Alot of them offer Fee free ATM's. Just rememember though, just because the credit union doesn't charge you anything doesn't mean that tru pay won't either. Trupay will get there cut whether or not the ATM owner charges you.
