Default NL 100 fix pls help

I don't know why, but every time I take a shot @ NL 100, I seem to be back down to NL 50 after the session. My winrate @ NL 50 is 9.5 PT BB over the last 10k hands (I 4 table).
The following two hands were played without a HUD, my image isn't crazy, villains are at least half decent:

Hero ($147.75)
BU ($100)
SB ($131.50)

PokerStars 100 NL Hold'em <font color="#0000FF">(3 handed)</font> Recorded and converted with HandRecorder

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
<font color="#666666">1 folds</font>, <font color="#FF0000">SB raises to $4</font>, Hero calls $3.

Flop: ($8.50) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#FF0000">SB bets $6</font>, <font color="#FF0000">Hero raises to $20.50</font>, SB calls $14.50.

Turn: ($49.50) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#FF0000">Hero bets $31.50</font>, <font color="#FF0000">SB raises to $107 (All-In)</font>, Hero calls $75.50.

River: ($263.50) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(1 players, 1 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $263.50.

CO ($37.70)
BU ($199.50)
Hero ($116.80)
BB ($30.65)
MP ($46.40)

PokerStars 100 NL Hold'em <font color="#0000FF">(5 handed)</font> Recorded and converted with HandRecorder

Preflop: Hero is SB with 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
<font color="#FF0000">MP raises to $2</font>, <font color="#666666">1 folds</font>, BU calls $2, Hero calls $1.50, BB calls $1.

Flop: ($8.00) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
<font color="#FF0000">Hero bets $5.50</font>, BB folds, MP folds, <font color="#FF0000">BU raises to $15</font>, <font color="#FF0000">Hero raises to $47</font>, BU calls $32.

Turn: ($107.50) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#FF0000">Hero bets $67.80 (All-In)</font>, BU calls $67.80.

River: ($243.10) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(1 players, 1 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $243.10.

1 is totally standard

2 is played fine - I'm not super happy with getting it in but it's certainly +EV to stack off here

Ok, I think its obvious here that I lost both hands. I am just double checking to make sure I am not overplaying my hands @ NL 100. I feel like every time I take a shot I am subject to short term variance. That was my 4th shot and I am back to grinding NL 50 again.
I know opinions vary on this subject, but my BR management so far was to grind up to 15 BI of the higher limit and then take a shot for 3 BI. My current roll is down to 22 BI for NL 50 ergo 1.1k. I am thinking I should just grind for longer this time, say till 2-2.5k before taking another shot and really just work on my game for extra confidence. Then take 3 BI shots again. Or do you think I should just continue with my current BR management as it is?

isaac, ive taken 4 shots at nl100 as well and had the same trouble, yet have excelled at 50nl. at this point, im just building up to 1500, then hitting up 100nl, if i lose to 1k then go back to 50, rebuild ... soon enough its gonna work!
