How do I stop doing "poker killer"?

Although I know too well not to play when I'm bored, angry, sleepy, tired...etc...However, my poker addiction just made me turn on the computer and start playing. It is so hard for me to stop this habit. Please advice how can I prevent this from happening? Thank you for your time!

hate to give an actual answer, but

Pokerstars lobby => requests => responsible gambling => exclude me from playing
