If I Move Out of the Country, How do I Play on Party?

Do I have to close my current account? Even if I am living in another country I am still an American so would it not still be illegal? Or is the fact that I would not be using American Financial Institutions so it would be OK?
I am confused. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!!!!

Call up Party - They told me to create a new account with a new email address. Once I did that, (within minutes) they froze both my US and UK accounts. However, as soon as I sent them proof (utility bill, and phone bill) and a follow up call to my new UK number, they closed my US account, and I was free to play once again on Party. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
Oh, and I am still an American Citizen with a UK work permit. I also set up a UK Neteller acct. which works fine (for now)
