Default J9s flops weird draw OOP

Villain is Red Scorpion on FTP and I have him running at 21/14/1.9 over 400ish hands. I think he's relatively solid. I really don't know why I didn't bet this flop, I think somebody was distracting me or something, because I usually always bet in this spot.

I really don't like draws like these sometimes because I could have anywhere from marginally the best hand to infinite outs to being absolutely crushed.

Yeah bet flop. As played leading turn or c/cing are both fine. What do you think his range is for smooth-calling your raise when he's on the button? I think I just c/c the turn and lead river if I improve

I may lead turn again as I think you could get an AQ or KQ to lay their hand down.

I forgot to mention that I think Redscorpion is 3-betting me w/AK almost always, so I don't think it's in his range much unless he is randomly mixing it up. I think JJ & QQ are pretty much out too. TT I'm not so sure about, I guess he could have it here. I was really thinking JQ, QK or some kind of draw. Also, I think he shows up w/K9 even less than AK here.

I don't mind leading either, although I would disagree that he is folding AQ or QK at this point.
