3-betting-range (NLTRN)

What's your 3-betting-range against an average opponent, or lets say, in the first hand? I think, my range is too tight, but i'm always scared of 3-betting without a very good hand:

AQ+
JJ+

I didnt loosen it up because of the fact, that im oop for the rest of the hand. I hate this tactic, because it's so obvious.

3betting pf means you are OOP postflop, so no problem being tight.
