Default Uber Polyphasic sleep or not? That is the question.

I'm young. I have no job. I'm healthy. I can do this.

The question is: Should I?

Useful links for an idea on what this is:

Comments? Advice?

Anyone else considered this? or heard of it?

Do it, I can't. I'm not tossing my joy of drinking alcohol.

I know a kid did this. After 'adapting' to polyphasic sleep, he apparently also realized how important it was to be vegan... So now he sleeps 20 mins every 3 hours and eats no animal produce.

So I think this thing will eff you up properly. do it.

I haven't exactly looked deeply into this, but it looks a lot to me like this isn't really possible. It just seems that way for a bit... Then suddenly you die.

I've heard from a few people that have done this that it has side effect like bruising easily and not allowing small cuts/bruises to heal properly, so be wary if you are involved in any kind of sports.
