This is a normal type of food day for my g/f. She is tryin to drop around 10-15lbs...First off i know she needs much more protein in her diet...what else??
breakfast: bowl of cheerios, skim milk, banana/low fat yogurt lunch: turkey sandwich, mustard, low cal bread, 100 calorie pack, fruit snack: granola bars dinner: green giant vegetables with pasta, rice, soups edit: she also burns roughly 1k-1500 calories a day doing the elliptical or treadmill |
