Default 4/180 - Pkt Kings, two aces on flop.. what\'s my play?

Early in a 4/180, no read on MP2.. he had picked up a few uncontested pots.. How was my play? What is my play to his re-raise?

Note that he limped before my pre-flop raise.

call and see what villain does on the turn: if checked to, bet, but fold to a shove (it's my lne, but I don't know if its the best line to take). In these tournaments, players usually bet/raise pf with Ax. I think villain might have a Q or might be bluff min-raising a lot of the time. btw, I think your pf raise is a little big. I tend to raise 3x-4x BB pf with everything. Is this your standard raise?

there was a limper so 6x bb early is fine kk doesn't want lots of callers (this board is prime example) i like a check on flop im prob behind no need to bet im either way ahead or way behind. id call a flop bet muck a 2nd bullet.

as played I would fold. especially in the 4/180. I play them like hell right now and I see it all the time, that people limp with any A-rag or suited cards (K3s) and then call a big raise.
that's also the reason why I think this big raise is just fine. at the 10/20 and 15/30 levels you need to raise really big to make it to a 3 way flop.

you can be 90% sure that someone has an A ins his hand when the flop gets dealt. I often hope for an A on the flop, because that's when I get most of my chips (in case I flop 2 pair, a set,...). $4,40 donks are willing to put all their chips in with top pair and 6 kicker.

Fold to the min-raise. You have 2 outs.

Gotta fold to the min-raise, most 4/180 players don't check-raise light, also most don't like Ace boards unless they have an Ace, could they have a Queen probably but I don't think their reraising with it. This is one of thos situations in a 4/180 where you just let it go and get your money in when your sure you on top later.

I'd check the flop if he checks to the river, I'd make a small bet, maybe not even, weak players love to trap you're likely beat here with Arag

Thanks guys. I folded, figured he had a ace-little. He claimed he had AQ, but I thought it was a pretty weak play to limp with AQ...

How did he win his uncontested pots? If he took them down with pf raises and c-bets then that could give some insight into this hand.... I highly doubt he had AQ.. probably Axs.

I think your pf raise is too small. I like to make those people holding Ax pay to see a flop. As played I would check the flop and evaluate on the turn. The problem is that you let him see the flop cheaply IMO.
