NL5 Hit an ACE but did not bet on the river

Villain is Co and called me on PreFlop, Flop and Turn. My Question is, if i played the Hand right or should i have bet on the river?
I did'nt bet on the river because I thought Villain could hit 2 Pairs or maybe trips, or he has got a flush. There were many possibilitis which could have beaten me. If i were in Position i would have bet for value and if he would have reraised me i would have fold.

Raise more pf with two limpers, other than that it looks fine. I'd also check river with the intension of calling if he bet.
