Default Standard FD donk on turn?

Is this safe to assume I'm facing a flush draw here? Smooth call turn and call blank river or go ahead and repot turn? Villian is 18/5 over 50 hands FWIW.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (4 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($176.45)
Hero ($142.55)
SB ($202.90)
BB ($100)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, Hero raises to $4, 1 fold, BB calls $3.

Flop: ($8.50) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $7, BB calls $7.

Turn: ($22.50) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets $18, Hero ???

So this represents a made hand you think? {AK, KQ, KT, QJ, TT, 99}. If the donk is 6-10 I pot it automatically. The 18 lead had me wondering.

Not much else you can do against tighty. Against a much looser player you might have the option to call turn, but not here.
