How long does UltimateBet cashout to Epassporte take?
I requested a cashout from UB to my epass account monday, and the cashout status stays in 'Authorized' state since then. How long does UltimateBet cashout to Epassporte normally take? I called its cashier department and was told that the phone # is for deposit only and they don't have a phone # for cashout... That's BS. Does anyone have similar cashout experience with UB?

I have the same problem as you - cashouot on Monday still listed as pending. I initially tried to cash out $1k on the 9th and they processed it on the 10th. It just so happened that UB tried to load the $1k on the same day my affiliate paid some of rb into my Epass account. Because of daily the $1k daily load limit the transaction was rejected. What this (the speed in which the first wd was processed) suggest to me is that they are just having some issues this week. It sucks because I need the money. Lucky

As there were no transactions other than the payment from my affiliate and the UB wd I can only assume that wds and paments are counted as loads. Lucky

Thanks for all replies. I feel more comfortable now. Once I get my money out, I will stop playing at UB, though I have a higher winning rate at UB. I deposited 100$ and made it to 2000$ and found no way to cashout. So I started loosing up my play and lost most of my 2000$. And now I opened an Epass account and won my way back to 2000$. I guess I will wait patiently this time.

I've done 2 separate $2k w/d's from AP into epass no problem. And I don't even have the 'select' account.

Like the OP I can't say the same thing about UB. With the exception of the software it's such a crappy site. It's fitting that Phil Hellmuth is their spokesman.
