Default (39) KQ, good spot to \'action limp\'?

This is the bubble of a 6max STT - two spots pay.

PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t200 (3 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

Hero (t1870)
SB (t6510)
BB (t620)

Preflop: Hero is in Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Hero calls t200, <font color="red">SB raises to t6510 (All-in)</font>, <font color="gray">BB folds</font>, <font color="gray">Hero folds</font>

I dont know if I like the fold.

I think you may have the best hand, obviously you can wait for the BB to get blinded out, but if he happens to double through you may now have more pressure to play poker and this might be your best shot.

I guess I fold here with this line but I think I raise this hand on the button 90% of the time in this situation.

What do we know about the SB?

You could raise to 600 and fold and still have 2x the BB if you think he really has it

He has to fold even if he has the best hand. Look at the stack sizes. BB only has 400 left and hero can still have 1600.

I said I would fold with this line, I just disagree with the line he took.

alright, I'll take a crack at this one since you have 33 views and nobody has answered. I think since it's kind of a tough hand.

I'm going to get attacked, but I actually like a min-raise here. You isolate the small stack with a hand that is above average and at the same time if the SB pushes on you, you can fold and the stack sizes are still pretty nice for you. There I said it. I like a min-raise here. I just said it again.

SB should raise you all in pretty much 100% if you ever put money in this pot without going all in. I do not like a raise, I do not like a limp here.

This is a push/fold situation

Calling here is the biggest mistake you could possibly do.

I fold 100% here (My theory where KQ lose something like 99% of time vs any 2 stands here!).

you are 3 times shortie, just wait...

Yea, but the SB won't be pushing 100% on him here. And he needs to play this hand because if he doesn't SB might push something worse into BB (and BB will call and is more likely to double up) or SB might even fold his SB to BB and BB's stack increases.

I think an open push is bad because of the stack sizes. We really don't want to go busto when our stack is 4 times that of the shorty.
