Default What do the #/#/# player stats mean?

Newbie here and am confused about what each number specifically means.

Voluntarily put money in the pot (percentage) / preflop raise percentage / aggro factor, the higher the more often they bet / raise / fold, the lower the more often they call

And these numbers are from tracking softwares such as poker tracker and poker office.
