Default $3 rebuy bubble decision

Sorry at work so I don't have the hand history available.
$3 rebuy sat to WSOP qualifier at pokerstars. 4 left top 2 spots get the entry and 3rd gets $350. Blinds are 4/8k ante?
Approximate stack sizes:
UTG (me) 115k
UTG +1 240k
SB 145k
BB 150k

I raise 3x bb w/ AJo folded to bb who pushes. I have only played with BB since final table. He and another player came to the final table with 250k stacks. Both huge stacks were to my right and they played a lot of hands against each other with marginal hands. One big stack has already donked off his chips and is gone. The villain here has limped and min-3x raised A2o and worse. He's paid off with dominated hands but this is his first push. I've been raising 3x with steals and monsters. He's seen 3x raise be KK and QTs. Is AJo enough of a hand to call here?

Joe
