Beat: My neighbor has a curfew

I'm in college and live with a bunch of guys. My neighbor who used to live with us, but moved out because he got married, called at 11 pm. He asked if anyone wanted to come over and play video games, drink ect. Most of my house is sitting around, and someone suggests he comes over here. He doesn't say anything. A couple of seconds pass and someone else asks do you have a curfew. He doesn't say anything, then after 30 seconds admits that his wife gave him a curfew. It this what I have to look forward to with marriage?

She is respectable and has always been nice to me. But, the curfew doesn’t really surprise me.

if my wife gave me a curfew, I'd divorce her on the spot.

My true curfew is the time I have to be at work the next morning. Age and some smarts sets my curfew much earlier than that. Wife says nothing and is awesome because she knows the price I pay for my own actions.
