Default Tens in SB, Just Called PF, Flopped Set Multiway

Opener is TAG. 19/16/3, likely 2p2er i think. BB no good so far. Obviously reraising pf is an option here, I didn't. Let's please not waste our time talking about that. Arguments can also be made for leading the flop, I didn't. I'm really more interested in turn discussion. Should I have lead, should I have c/r, what line do you like on the river if bb had folded, what do I do now? What is Opener's range? Thoughts on those topics much appreciated.
