Default What does it mean?

I've noticed on some posts figures like 20/14 VP$IP/PFR, i realize that these refer to your own statistics, my question is where do they come from, how can i find out mine and what do the letters and numbers mean.

They are common benchmark statistics from Poker Tracker. VP$IP means "voluntarily put $ in pot" and PFR means "pre-flop raise." 20/14 would mean that you voluntarily put $ in pot on 20% of your hands and you raised pre-flop 14% of the time.

There will be a range that will be profitable for most players depending on the game. Some of the specific forum's FAQs here have info that pertains to the specific game.
