I don't see how you can't bet?

I don't care much for the four bet , either PF.

You must bet. You have good amount of fold equity. If you are behind you have good number of outs with top set + backdoor flush draw.

I never saw anyone fold a flopped set of aces. Get it in, hope to fill up (but often fail since high cards are out).

There is no fold equity after you pot bet the flop (you'd have 20 bucks left). I dunno about 3 betting preflop with that hand because theres not many safe flops and your 200 bb which is semi-deep. By 3-betting your setting up to play a big pot with a mediocre hand. Your aces arent suited and your 2 other cards are bad. After you bet the flop you just hope they don't have JKxx. You can't bet 1/2 the pot on the flop because your still pot committed into getting it all in. You opponents may have flopped a set here also, but a straight is fairly likely. Checking the flop is bad, so really you played this standard.

Fold equity refers to the % chance of getting your opponent to fold, not to your ability to fold to resistance.

I don't see how fold equity comes into this hand at all. Just get it in this flop.
