I think its almost opposite. If she has a big pair its standard where as if she doesnt you might want to check and then figure out what to do depending on the action.

I got this quote from the username of someone on my msn list. I think it makes no sense at all and is a huge stretch. Poker analogies are usually pretty horrible, and I think this is a good example of a horrible one.

Probably the only good card analogy I have ever heard is that "Bridge is like having sex - if you don't have a good partner, you better have a good hand."

Well in each case, if your opponent flops the nuts while you're still on the come, that's going to make for one ugly river action.
I have no idea what that means either but it sounds dirty. |
