Most likely, you have at least one opponent on a draw. You might also be against someone who flopped a set with [77,99], but there are so many more drawing hands that you can be up against. Unfortunately, some of those drawing hands will be 15-outers, but you'll also be against a fair shair of 8-outers, 9-outers, and 12-outers. Given that one of your opponents has $16.10, and one of your other opponets only has $6.75, bet pot here ($9).

The only tricky thing to consider is if there's no all-in by a short stack, and MP player ($196.45 stack) raises, it could be anything from a semi-bluff to JT. If the raise isn't too big, then call and lead out on the turn if the turn isn't a spade or a 6 (if it's a T, bet and represent the straight...your opponent is much more likely to raise on the flop with a T - outside straight draw - than he is with a J). If you get raised again on the turn, two pair is no good.

With the two short stacks, the only action past the flop is if the MP player is involved. The one line of play I didn't cover is if MP calls instead of raises. If MP just calls, and no draws hit, I make a 2/3 pot bet on the turn and a 1/3 pot blocking bet on the river. If a draw hits, I go into check/fold mode, unless a T falls. If a T falls, I still lead out for the reasons cited in my other post. Note that if a T falls on the turn, and I'm called, I check/fold the river.
