Fastest Cashouts from FTP?

I've requested 2 checks from FTP (2/28 and 3/05) and am still waiting on them. I am curious what other's have experienced with the various means FTP has of cashing out.

What's the average wait time and expense for withdrawing via MyWebATM, EPassPorte and Click2Pay? After having received ATM cards and getting accounts setup with each client.

I enjoy playing at Full Tilt Poker, however the check cashing times are very aggravating to me. Pokerstars cash outs take ~3 days, while FTP takes 7+ from what I have experienced. From what I understand, the checks from both sites are even sent from the same company/location.

Would anyone advise a different means of cashing out that is faster? This check withdraw wait makes me want to just packup and take my business back to PokerStars where my money feels "available" to me outside of the tables.

How long do they take to w/d through neteller? (I'm Canadian)

Probably a few hours. I'm American and don't have that luxury anymore unfortunately.
