200NL - KK meets resistance
No stats or reads on villain. My image is TAG, and I have been hammering every single flop in which I raised preflop.

Re: 200NL - KK meets resistance
I don't like the 3bet as much as stackadonk here.

Re: 200NL - KK meets resistance
I'd make it $90 total, call a shove. Looks more like a bluff. The line you took is pretty much never air, not that it matters against an unknown, but it's food for thought.
Looks fine though. You're ahead here pretty much always on the flop, it's just a matter of extracting vs bluffs / Qx. |

explain stackadonk? [/ QUOTE ] Calling the flop here and then planning on c/r-ing the turn after he bets. (not a good explanation, but thats the general idea). |

Re: 200NL - KK meets resistance
Stackadonk was obviously considered, however I felt that a 3bet was better because J9 and KJ are definetely in villain's range.
Question: What is your limit for number of outs to use stackadonk against? Example: You raise UTG with AA, and BTN calls. Flop comes 722, you bet and he raises. Here, using the SAD line allows villain to hit one of his 2 outs, which is obviously a worthwhile sacrifice considering the implied value of c/r the turn. If you were 100% sure villain had KJ, would you still SAD? How about QJ? |

Re: 200NL - KK meets resistance
both I still stack-a-donk. If we know exactly what villian has, esp in the oesd example, Im waiting for the turn to blank so I have more Pot Equity.

Re: 200NL - KK meets resistance
If he bets the turn he's all but committed anyway.
Here I think both lines are fine, although I prefer it on the 722 flop as opposed to this one. |
