Hero?

I took a very long time to decide what to do, while my friend was screaming "All in you pussy!!!"
So what to do? I felt at the time my only options were push or fold, as a call would probably mean the rest of my chips going in next street anyway. Was this thinking wrong?

Thanks, but how much is a good raise preflop though? I'm not saying you're wrong, I just wanna know. I picked 200 cos it was 5x the bet and about the size of the pot, I thought any more and I might lose them all.

Also, the post flop push, I guess standard. So I was a pussy for taking so long
